All the work - including removing two interior walls to open up the main floor, painting almost every room, updating all main appliances and fixtures, building a custom media unit and adding a gas fireplace, restructuring all major closet spaces, adding new flooring and refinishing existing flooring, rewiring key areas and adding dimers throughout, as well as remodelling the master bathroom - had to be completed within a one month time frame, as I have a severe dust allergy and could not live in the house during any work.
